By downloading, installing, or using the Wren app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Wren is a project management application designed specifically for photographers and creative professionals. The app helps users organize photo shoots, manage client relationships, track project deliverables, create mood boards, and maintain business workflows including invoices and contracts.
3. Data Storage and Privacy
Your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal project data, client information, or files to external servers unless you explicitly choose to use cloud sync features (if available). You are responsible for backing up your data.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights when adding content to mood boards
- Ensure you have proper rights to any photos or files you import
- Keep your client information secure and confidential
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create or import into the app. However, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use any third-party content, including images for mood boards or client materials.
6. Subscription and Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are charged through your App Store account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Refunds are subject to App Store policies
- Subscription features may include cloud sync, client collaboration, advanced reporting, and template marketplace access
7. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from your use of the app. Always maintain proper backups of your important project data.
8. App Store Terms
Your use of this app is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these terms and the App Store terms, the App Store terms shall prevail.
9. Updates and Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
