What counts as a core workspace member?
A core member is someone who regularly logs into your Wren workspace to plan, manage, or review shoots — your internal brand team, producer, studio lead, or creative director. If they're in the workspace week to week, they're a core member.
Are project guests really free?
Yes, always. Guests are project-specific collaborators — think photographers, stylists, HMUAs, videographers, grips, models, and client stakeholders. You can invite as many guests as you need to any project, and they never count toward your paid seat total.
Can I invite clients or vendors without paying for them?
Yes. Anyone outside your core team is a guest. Guests receive project-scoped access with flexible view or edit permissions. They see only the project you invite them to — never your full workspace or other projects.
What's the difference between Solo and Team?
Solo is built for one person — ideal for freelance photographers, videographers, and individual creatives who manage their own projects. Team is built for brands and studios where two or more people are planning and managing shoots together as a shared workspace.
Both plans let you invite unlimited free guests. The difference is how many people share the workspace itself.
What if I need more than 5 team members?
Just add more. Additional core workspace members are $5/month each — there's no cap on how many you can add.
Is there an annual plan?
